Release Overview
These updates will be made available on Thursday, October 22nd, 2026. These updates enhance stability, security, performance, and usability of the system. Users do not need to take any action to receive these updates. Below is the list of improvements:

| Compass Cloud & Remote: Schedule an exam session and “Start Now” for non LITA exams. |
Compass Cloud requires a 1-hour delay to start an exam session on all exams. We are excited to announce that in this release we have modified the system so that only exams that require an environment to be created generally MOS, Adobe and Autodesk will still require 1-hour. All other exams can be scheduled and launched immediately.
Please note the “clock” icon next to the exams that require a minimum of an hour to launch. Also please note that if you add and exam to your session that requires an hour, and one that doesn’t, the session will not be able to be started immediately; it will still require the hour. |

We have moved the date and time from the current location to its own “Date & Time” tab. This change was to simplify the flow and support the new feature “Start Now”. We need to know what exam is selected to determine when it can be started, so the date and time was moved after the exam selection. |

To support the “start now” functionality this page was refreshed to support the flows for each type of delivery. We’ve also refreshed some of the content to make sure that it’s clear what the next steps are for each flow. |
| Compass Cloud & Remote: User-Assigned Voucher no longer needs to be associated to the exam session. |
It has been a difficult process to get candidates to assign their User-Assigned Voucher to an exam session. Instead of associating, if we detect that a user has an a User Assigned voucher that is good for an exam, we will automatically detect and user that as the payment method regardless of the payment selected in the exam session.
Also note that as a result of this change, the User Assigned Voucher payment flow will now require the exam session creator to select the number of candidates for the exam session. Previously, we detect how many users based on who associated their vouchers to the session. |
| Compass Cloud & Remote: Print Score Repot and Certifications from completed exam sessions |
Easily print both Score Report & Certifications earned during an exam session. To use this feature, got do your completed sessions and right-click options to display the “Print certificate” and “Print score report” options. It will then take you to a page where you can see score reports and certificates earned for all those that took an exam in that session. |
